I spent 30 years as a teacher before I became a realtor, and honestly, that's probably still the biggest thing that shapes how I work. Buying or selling a home is a lot — there's paperwork, timelines, emotions, decisions that feel huge in the moment — and my goal is simple: to help you reach whatever it is you're actually trying to get to, without it feeling overwhelming along the way.
I've been in Real Estate for eight years now, working mostly around Kingston and South Frontenac, which is where I grew up (BA, BPHE, and BEd from Queen's, if you're curious). I live just outside the city with my husband and our 4 kids (we are mostly empty nesters these days), in the woods, by the water in a neighbourhood where everyone actually knows each other. It's a big part of why I love this area and why I think I'm pretty good at helping people find their own version of it.
Whether you're buying or selling, I bring real experience and the drive to actually get you there — and I take the time to understand what you need, not just what's on paper. At the end of the day, I want the process to feel like a genuinely positive one, not just something you got through.
